Start Your Day with a Healthy Fruit Smoothie


Fruit Smoothie

1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
1 Medium Banana
1  1/2 Cups of Frozen Fruit  Mango & Strawberries or Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
2 or 3 Tablespoons Nutiva Hemp Protein Powder

Blend all ingredients for a healthy delicious and filling smoothie.
Add more or less almond Milk for desired thickness
Great for breakfast or any tome of day.
